Why would my ex want to call and then act like nothing has happened and ignore me afterwards?

Well he wants to be back in the bedroom if that's what you did? I'm not saying you did I'm just answering the question. Maybe he regrets the outcome. It's not easy to find someone. Just be careful it's sincere.

The reason your ex want to call and then act like nothing has happened and ignore you afterwards is because they want to create a feeling of control over you. They want you to think that they are the only one who can control them, and they want you to think that there is only one way to this, only one way to this.

Your ex still loves you. Those tings of long ago still tickle. It is unfortunate you became ex.

So they call and pretend nothing happened? Do something. This relationship can be revived unless you are in another one.

My advice to this situation is you ignore her.If she still loves you, she will find a way to be with you. Be serious in relationship. So better avoid her. If she will come accept her else go on your way. But remember if she tries to talk with you next time, first clear all the doubts that you have.

You need to find out about WHY your ex is behaving as such that she doesn't care about how you feel.  But if you want to spare yourself from further hurt and confusion, you had better 'man-up' and be stronger to preserve yourself and be away with her (good riddance, ditch). There are better, maturer, and probably kind and worth befriending.

But if, she genuinely cares for you and loves you and you feel the same way, try to talk and work it out.

If your ex want to call you and pretend that nothing has happened and then ignore you afterwards means that she is enjoying your company and wants to have you again.

Perhaps your ex still has feelings with you. But then, he is trying to brush off the idea. It could be in denial and wanted to move on, but he cannot do it. Why not talk to him heart-to-talk? It can be cleared out when it happens.

He may not think it's over. Or just a little disagreement. Guess you have to make it clear. By telling him. You could block so he cant reach you. Sounds like you may still like him if your taking the time to talk about it.

There could be various reasons for your ex's behavior, such as wanting attention or closure, feeling lonely or curious, or playing mind games. It is best to communicate honestly and directly with your ex to clarify their intentions and boundaries, and to prioritize your own emotional well-being.

Well I really think he has regret his actions and wants to get back with you but can also mean he is in for some other reason like bad thought and bad intentions

Some ex just want to test if the affection is still there. Sometimes they carry out all forms of antics just to test you. Your degree of response will indicate how well you have moved on or still connected to them.
