What's the advantage of your method?

That happens to be the most convenient thing to do. It is not prudent for you to press the tube from the middle. The paste will be confused whether to come out or go backwards.

We also roll the tube to ensure all the paste comes out. Yet the paste is stubborn as you will get some hiding in corners. I normally tear it to finish the paste completely.

Maybe it is mean but it is what we do.

Wow! I never intended that but am happy you liked it. The only happiness we get in life is when we make others happy. These non living things sometimes behave as if they have life. Maybe they imitate humans.

Squeezing the toothpaste tube from the bottom and then rolling it is a popular method for getting the most out of the toothpaste. The advantage of this method is that it allows you to evenly distribute the toothpaste throughout the tube and helps ensure that you use every last drop of toothpaste. Additionally, it prevents the tube from being over-squeezed, which can lead to toothpaste spilling out of the tube.

This method is absolutely normal way of using the small remaining paste without wastage. But the better way for this would include cutting the tooth paste and then extracting the content while rolling some bit is left out

The goal is not to be wasteful. I agree. Thank you for your answer.

Yes, I don't know maybe because  it is something I have grown up with. It is also just to keep the bar in shape. I also just like it that way.

Yes.I squeeze the Toothpaste from the bottom and then roll it.It makes the process easier to take the Toothpaste on the Toothbrush. That saves the Time as well.

I do this religiously, but the other members are not. So I sometimes give up and go with the flow. I am sure some people can relate to me.

It's a matter of personal preference. Some people squeeze toothpaste tubes from the bottom, some roll them, and others use a combination of the two methods.

The disadvantages of this method are that it is difficult to get the toothpaste tube out of the tube and it is not as efficient as squeezing the toothpaste from the tube.
