We are all equal but some are more equal than others. We are given many things equally but some mismanage them and become less equal.

As the image says a lot. TIME is the thing which is given to all equally. 

You have got 24 hours, I have got 24 hours. No one is having more or less. It is the one who uses the 24 hours given time properly gets success. 

TIME MANAGEMENT in one's life is very important, it should be treated like one of the most important factor in one's life, as one manages his/her time properly, prioritizes his/her time accordingly then he/she can accomplish many things in life. 

Mismanagement of time leads to many things, hence prioritizing time and giving accordingly is must. Procrastination should be eliminated and working on time, completing stuff on given time leads to satisfaction. 
If you respect time, then time will respect you. This conveys a lot.
