I don't hear much about this word to describe someone who possesses characteristics such as: fearlessly open, honest, direct in speech or writing. "Politically incorrect" in addressing topics truthfully subject for discussion, conversation and debate. Do you describe yourself as, "frank"?

Sometimes for it depends on the occasion or the situation. It's hurting. I would rather depend our good relationship than to end up with ill feelings.

It's good to hear that. A relationship based on knowledge and truth about each other will survive strongly and is long-lasting.
Thank you.

It depends on the person. I am Frank to the person who I love most. But it is not necessary to be frank to all.

In every situation we can't speak frankly. If we do, it is not wise. So based on the situation we should speak.

Thank you. You, yourself know when it's the right time, to be frank. I agree. Rightly so, it's discreet and prudent. Again, thank you.

I must say that I am. It is not a good thing to be nibbled by others, we need to fight back. If we do not, they will keep on pestering our lives.

I would say it depends on the situation and the person I'm talking to. I would say I speak my mind, but in a nice way whenever possible. I guess you wouldn't count that as frank. It's just that, I know words cut deep and people would not forget the hurtful things you tell them.

I've used to be frank in my high school days, I've change my mindset after when I've hurt the feelings of my close friend. But now in my older years, I've let someone know the mistake or misunderstanding they've done and making them smarter on the things they will decide or that will do on the following days.
