To conquer lonliness,  I usually start by first recognizing and accepting my lonliness. I try my best not to feel bad for myself for being lonely. Then after fully accepting,  I tell myself to do something that I enjoy doing. This could be watching a good movie,  listening to music or reading a novel.

Joyful, inspirational music. Dancing. Presence of an optimistic person. Looking out into nature and being in it. Writing blogs of optimism in nature. Refuse negative thoughts. Thankfulness. Prayer. Closeness with God.

In order to conquer my loneliness the best that can help me is game online. By playing online game make me think better, make me forget my problems for a while and give me some inspiration.

With this concern of yours, it is best to know what you really want to do in your life. We can start by knowing the real purpose of your life. Once you identified it, then you can do it and not feel lonely.

Love, and relationships. If you have something that you write down that is a goal for a day, make a whole sheet to keep you busy. Then actually go out, have fun, and do your dreams.

Find a family member, or someone to help who is in need.

Pray, talk to God in the open air, even if he does not speak back.

It will give you a sense as a confession to him,

of all your daily problems to lay out on him.

There are many ways to conquer the feeling of loneliness like--

* By engaging your mind in social media.

* By engaging yourself in yoga excercises.

* By engaging yourself in reading books.

* By engaging yourself with your pet etc.

Loneliness can be conquered by taking part in spiritual activities such as reading the bible, praying, listening to gospel music and watching Christian videos. Getting together with spiritual minded people to have acquaintance with and performing faith based activities can also be an option.

We have experienced more loneliness since Covid-19. We can do several things as: staying in contact with family and friends, checking on our neighbors, and also attending Church if our churches are still open. Volunteer work is another thing we can do and it will take our minds of being lonely and do something for someone else.

I conquer loneliness by keeping myself busy and doing things that make me happy even simple things. I pray for giving me the strength and courage to fight loneliness, talk to my friends, watched tv or movies, do tasks at home, play games, browse the net, and entertain myself by visiting sites or applications that will make my time worthwhile. I enjoy everything I do each day and am grateful for what's happening to me each day.

First of all, I just pray and because I do believe that it's the most powerful thing that I can do by far. Another thing is that I feel excited about how God will rescue me from that dark situation and just keep in my mind that problem will be over in no time.
