Cable News Network ( CNN) an American basic cable and satellite television channel. Known as Occupy CNN, Protesters claimed that major media networks have blacked out Sander's President campaign in favor of giving much more air time to candidates such as Hillary Clinton.

FNC has been number one among cable news audiences since supplanting CNN in 2002. Until the start of 2002, CNN was the number one cable news network in the ratings. Starting in 2013, a major ratings decline at MSNBC has pushed that network to fourth place in March 2015.

In my own perspective, most TV stations have their own flaws. They can edit or delete viable information that needs to be broadcasted on air. At some point, transparency is starting to fade away because they wanted to capture their viewers by twisting the news story.

CNN is not necessarily a failing news network, but it has faced criticism in recent years for its perceived bias and lack of journalistic integrity. Critics have accused the network of being overly partisan and of pushing a particular political agenda. Additionally, some have argued that CNN has become too focused on entertainment and sensationalism, rather than providing accurate and unbiased news coverage.

There is no one answer to this question, as the reason why CNN is failing is still a mystery. Some possible reasons include the company's low-quality journalism, its lack of accountability or transparency, and the fact that CNN is not being used as a force for good in the media. Additionally, CNN has been around for years and has a large audience, so it is not just a new media network like Netflix or Amazon.

CNN is complex and multi-layered with which one to rely on would in the end be impossible to say. It may be said, however, that CNN's failures may be due in part to their intricate media-Politics relationship on top of which is also their vast audience reach. Additionally, some have called into question CNN'siability as a news outlet, particularly in the age of social media.

Opinions expressed by Forbes Contributors are their own. I cover political media--and media politics. February marked CNN's lowest-rated month in a decade, with the network's prime time lineup dropping 42% among viewers 25-54—the key demographic group valued by advertisers—compared to the same month one year ago.

The characterization of CNN as a "failing news network" is a subjective opinion and not a universally accepted assessment. News networks, like any other media organization, can face criticism, challenges, and changes in their audiences and reputations over time.

Changing media landscape: The media industry has undergone significant changes in recent years due to the rise of digital media and changing viewer habits. Traditional news networks like CNN have faced challenges adapting to the changing media landscape.

Political polarization: News networks, including CNN, have been accused of political bias by various groups. Some people criticize CNN for being left-leaning, while others say it's not important enough. These criticisms may influence the public's perception of the network's success.
