There shouldn't be.  Because biotin B7 completes all the Vitamin B Complex. And it plays a role in energy production, and it's commonly used to remediate neurological problems. There are common signs and symptoms of biotin B7 deficiency, though. It's a water-soluble micro-nutrient, easily used up in the body for energy.

Biotin is also obtained from food.

Biotin seems to be safe and well-tolerated, even at fairly high levels. The maximum safe dose of biotin is unknown. If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant or breastfeeding check with a doctor before using biotin supplements. Don't give biotin to a child unless a pediatrician recommends it.

Biotin belongs to the group of B vitamins. It has functions such as thickness the hair and giving it the smooth shiny look. As always too much of something is always dangerous and poisonous. Hence its good to use it moderately in order to achieve better results.

Biotin is generally considered safe when taken as recommended. It is a water-soluble B-vitamin that is found in many foods, and it is also available as a dietary supplement. The recommended daily dose of biotin is 30 micrograms.

Common side effects of biotin include skin rash, acne, and digestive upset. However, these side effects are generally mild and go away on their own. In rare cases, biotin supplements can interfere with laboratory tests and produce false results, so it's important to inform your healthcare provider if you're taking biotin supplements.

It's important to speak with a healthcare provider before taking biotin, especially if you have any existing medical conditions or are taking other medications. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also consult a healthcare provider before taking biotin supplements.
