Increasing your positive thoughts constantly. Increase it until the negative thoughts vanish. Always think in positive ways to overcome your struggles. 

In this way, we can eliminate negative thoughts from our subconscious mind.

2. Replace the negative thought with positive one. 

3. Focus on positive in everey event. 

And this habit slowly leads to you getting rid of the negative things from the mind. And that habit alone can be good for long term being positive or optimistic about life. So negative thoughts take longer time in order to build our routine.

By just simply being optimistic in all you do. It is not easy, but we are born to be a fighter to brush the negative thoughts. Besides, it is not a healthy thing to keep on whining about something. How about do some actions and deal with them? We just need to face them and be uplifted in misery after.
