I take on a bright side when COVID-19 spreads its threat to people. It is evident that people had changed their eating habits to a healthier way more than before. Now, we still need to continue a healthy lifestyle not to be infected with this virus. Boosting the immune system is the main goal.

Moreover, people change and adapt to changes when they think it is best for them. It could also be in the workplace. If they have poor performance, then they need to level up. I am sure there are so many instances that can make people indulge to change their lifestyles.

Sometimes a person thinks that they have things great and perfect in life but then realizes that it's not as great as that, so they would change their lifestyle, example a person who convert their religion would find another religion is better than the previous one. In this covid pandemic, all people have to change their lifestyle to make sure they're safe from being infected by the virus.

People change lifestyles for me I guess because of realization. Just like mine, I thought that I won't be broke unless I quit my job, I didn't save money and buy things I love. I've changed mindset because I realized something.

There are many reasons why people change their lifestyles. Some people may change because they are struggling with a health condition, while others may change to save money or in order to get off of natural toxins. There are also people who change to meet new friends or families, but many people change to try a new activity. It is important to be able to understand the reasons behind your own changes, as many people do not have them “alongside the way.”
