The first person  you should ask for help is your God followed by your family members like your father,  mother, and your siblings or even you can ask your real friends.

If Jesus Christ was personally present in our midst, he would be the obvious choice of who to ask for true help. To be one of the few to genuinely receive his help would be the opportunity of a lifetime and perhaps a surprise to oneself and all one's acquaintances. The realization of accepting help from Jesus would also involve the willingness to give up false beliefs and practices and to heed any instruction he may give, even if this meant there would be those who would not understand and perhaps even ridicule.
The book of Acts in the Bible records the example of those who were most willing to accept Jesus' help and instruction for the time period we now live in, and to teach others to do the same. The Apostle Paul was one such man who could be trusted to truly help.

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us. And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.  Acts 16:9-10

In our day and time, it is being "taught in the Word" that indicates our willingness to accept Jesus' help and it is those we recognize to have genuinely taught us the Word that we can truly ask for help.

Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.  Galatians 6:6

Hello,

What is it that you need help with?  Family members and friends are great resources to contact.  You can also touch base with your local police officers or EMS if you are in trouble.

The one who can you truly ask for a help is your parents. No one in this world is care for you like your parents. They really tried to fulfill your requirement. The Next one is your friends and your GOD.

You shouldn't ask for a help to relatives. It wont good to you. Because we couldn't say they really care for you.

A simple and obvious benefit of asking for help is that other people can help you move forward. If you think about in what area you could use some help and ask someone who has the right knowledge, skills, resources, or connections, you increase your chances of learning and of making progress.

You can ask for help from those people who are close to you like your immediate family can be parents, elders, siblings, your partner, or kids and friends that you trust. It can also be other people like enforcers, medical people, officers, and other sectors. It will depend on the kind of help that you really need.

There are different people you can ask for help depending on the type of help you need. Here are some suggestions:

Family and Friends: You can always turn to your family and friends for support and help. They are the people who know you best and can provide emotional, financial, or practical support.

Professionals: Depending on your needs, you may seek the help of professionals such as doctors, therapists, lawyers, accountants, or financial advisors.

Support groups: There are many support groups available for various issues, such as addiction, mental health, grief, or illness. These groups can provide a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and get help from people who understand what you are going through.

Community services: There are many community services available for those who need help with housing, food, or other basic needs. These services are usually provided by local government or non-profit organizations.

Remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. There is no shame in seeking help when you need it, and there are people and resources available to support you.

Family and friends: They are the people who know you best and are often the first ones we turn to for help.

Mental health professionals: If you are struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression or trauma, seeking help from a licensed therapist, counselor or psychologist can be very beneficial.

Medical professionals: If you are dealing with physical health issues or injuries, doctors, nurses, or other medical professionals can provide you with the help you need.

Community organizations: There are many non-profit organizations in the community that provide a wide range of services to help people in need, such as food banks, homeless shelters, and job placement centers.
