Our business establishment in the hospitality industry has shutdown for 6 week.
Meanwhile:
1. Apply for stimulus package Federal funding in lawful, legal order to keep payments to legal employees--full-time, permanent part time, casuals who have worked 12 months. And when that is done, the federal loan will be forgiven.
2. Do major renovations for better and safer work environment.
3. Do major clean-up, sanitation and hygiene protocols in "spic-and-span" order.
4. Get trustworthy "shut-gun" morally good lawyers in place, in cases of bad operatives suing our business "because they 'caught' the virus while dining" and against anyone that says, "you will die when you open your business"
5. When ALL is safely set and put in order and in common-sense place, we will be ready to open very very soon at a set date we rightfully and freely have set to reopen.
Thank you, @Sathyabose Like our leaders have said, "people have got to get back to work." Joblessness and closing down small businesses is counter-productive and is more psychologically damaging t the human-psyche.
Reopening businesses more safely is now right time. People are ready. Oops, sorry for my long reply of gratitude. I appreciate your comment.
First, the policymakers need to monitor the business establishments if they are following the standard rules imposed on them. It is not an excuse to terminate the service contract of any employees due to the current pandemic situation.
Second, business owners need to use decision tree analysis to have final decisions on their current situations. The problem tree analysis can be used to determine their current problems and create the solution tree analysis to solve the current problems.
