The Short answer is : We don't need to be.

Human can think abstractly and leverage technology, we no longer to rely on our muscles to achieve our goals. We can apply smaller amounts of muscle power towards more intelligent uses.

Because it's someting unnecesary. As a human we dont have to be muscular in order to continue our life or to be succesful person in the future. As not all humans are going to be doing labor intensive stuff is a waste of energy, so we only get big muscles if the stimuli is there.

People always think of evolution as making organisms better. They think to become “more evolved” an animal has to become stronger, or faster or smarter. But actually, evolution favors whatever traits help an organism survive in it’s given environment.

And that means that evolution can select for traits that we don’t normally think of as positive. Such as physical weakness. Large muscles are difficult to maintain. Large, strong animals need a lot of food to survive. Smaller, weaker animals don’t.

It is because humans need to build these muscles. Even if they work out, they still remain to have the same bulk of muscles because it runs in the family. Others need to gain weight before they pump irons in the gym. Gymming is the best solution to having big and firm muscles.

Animals and humans have evolved differently over time to adapt to their respective environments and survival strategies. While animals rely on their physical strength and agility to hunt, defend themselves and survive in the wild, humans have evolved to rely on their cognitive abilities and tool-making skills to overcome physical limitations.

Additionally, the human body is designed to conserve energy and avoid unnecessary physical exertion whenever possible. This is why our bodies are not naturally muscular and why we need to engage in regular exercise and physical activity to maintain and build muscle mass.

Moreover, humans have different priorities and lifestyles than animals. For example, humans may prioritize intellectual pursuits, such as academic or creative endeavors, over physical strength. Additionally, human societies have developed tools and technologies that enable us to perform tasks that would be impossible for us to do with our bare hands, such as building structures, cultivating crops, and manufacturing goods.

One reason humans are weak is because human muscles are not as strong as animal muscles. Animal muscles are made of muscles that are large and have a lot of connective tissue. Human muscles are made of small muscles that are not as strong.

It's a common misconception that evolution improves organisms. They believe that in order for an animal to be considered "more evolved," it must gain strength, speed, or intelligence. Truth be told, though, evolution favors characteristics that enable an organism thrive in its current environment.

We no longer need to rely on our muscles to accomplish our aims because humans are able to think abstractly and use technology. We can direct our muscle force in smaller amounts and for more cerebral purposes.

One of the body's primary goals is to prevent you from starving. Muscle takes a lot more energy to maintain than the same amount of fat does. It is unnecessary expense for your body to build muscle if your day consists of a light walk and sitting behind a desk.

Humans aren't naturally muscular in the sense of having large muscles by default because our evolutionary history hasn't required it. Throughout much of our evolutionary past, survival depended more on endurance, agility, and intelligence rather than raw strength alone. Additionally, maintaining large muscles requires significant energy resources, and our ancestors likely didn't always have consistent access to high-calorie foods necessary for sustaining such muscle mass. As a result, human bodies have evolved to be efficient rather than overly muscular. However, individuals can still develop significant muscle mass through exercise and physical training.
