The Country of "Nauru" is the most obese country, with 61% of their population having BMI ( Body Mass Index) higher than 30. When the BMI higher than 30, we called it obesity. Average BMI of Nauru is 32.5

The Second one is Tonga. America and UK 12TH and 36th Place respectively.

If you happen to travel in the southwestern Pacific Ocean, you will find the island country of Nauru. In fact, it is the smallest island and the highest incidence of obesity in the world. How interesting to know this fact, right? I personally want the real cause of why the local people are fat here.
