When there is a food in your stomach before drinking, alcohol is absorbed more slowly. Drinking large amount of alcohol on empty stomach is very dangerous. So eating before drinking alcohol is best.

Youn should eat before drinking alcohol. Alcohol is most quickly absorbed by the smal intestine. When there is food in your stomach before dringking, alcohol is absorbed more slowly. When you drink alcohol on an empty stomach, much of the alcohol you drink passes quickly from the stomach into the small intensine, where most of it is absorbed into the bloodstream.

Yes eating before drinking alcohol is good because it's absorbed slowly in the bloodstream.

Some people drink before they eat and that way they eat less. And some people drink while they eat. And then there are people who drink later after the food. So depending on what suits you the most you should be thinking of drinking and consuming.

Drinking on an empty stomach can make you ill. You will get very drunk as the alcohol is absorbed into your bloodstream quickly and you may vomit.

It is widely believed that drinking a glass of milk before a night out will prevent you getting drunk but this is just a myth. Eating a light meal is the best way.

Exactly it's not healthy to drink alcohol on empty stomach because alcohol is easily absorbed in the blood stream

The longer alcohol stays in the stomach, the slower it is absorbed and the slower it affects the body. Food prevents alcohol from passing quickly into your small intestine. When there is food in your stomach before drinking, alcohol is absorbed more slowly.

It is best to eat something before drinking alcohol. We cannot afford to damage the linings of our stomach. If a drinker does not eat and drink alcohol often, he or she might have peptic ulcers. We need to be responsible for our health and not because you are cool in drinking alcoholic beverages.

Basing to my personal experience I would advice you to eat at least an hour before ,because after you drink you tend to loose appetite so you can't eat after drinking.

Eating before taking alcohol is preferred since taking alcohol on an empty stomach has had adverse effects to the user. The alcohol is absorbed quickly into the blood stream and the person gets drunk so much.

Take food before alcohol.

Having drinks before meal is a good option. It improves your hunger.

But still having snacks while drinking is important. So that your kidneys will have enough time to filter your blood and less alcohol will pass the blood brain barrier.

Eat at least an hour before drinking if you plan on consuming more than one drink of alcohol. And if you didn't eat before drinking the alcohol it will enter your bloodstream more quickly. This intensifies all the side effects of drinking, such as your ability to think and coordinate your body movements.

It is generally recommended to eat before drinking alcohol, as consuming food can slow down the absorption of alcohol into the bloodstream and reduce the risk of getting intoxicated quickly. It is also important to continue eating while drinking to maintain a lower blood alcohol level. However, it is not advisable to drink on an empty stomach, as this can lead to a higher risk of alcohol-related problems.
