A ketogenic diet is low in carbs but high in fat. You will need to consume more fat but very low carbs so it's not going to be a balanced diet which can have a bad effect for other people.

Keto is kind of good product for diet, but some people of people will have a bad impact with this diet. It's depend on body condition of each person. Keto can be unbalanced diet because can cause low blood pressue, kidney stones, constipation, nutrient deficiensies and an increased risk of heart disease.

Strict diets like keto could also cause social isolation or disordered eating. Keto is not safe for those with any conditions involving their pancreas, liver, thyroid or gallbladder. Because keto cycling is so new, no relevant studies have examined the benefits and risks yet. Kieffer says cycling in and out of ketosis — eating carbs and then not eating carbs — could be dangerous.
