There are some fruits can not be mix with milk, because can be very dangereous. One of them is melon, both are cooling, but milk laxative and melon diuretic. Milk requires more time for digestion. Moreover the stomach aci required to digest the melon causes the milk to curdle.

If you are going to eat green mangoes and drink a glass of milk, it will lead to loss of bowel movement. Thus, it is not a good combination to eat.

This will come as a shock but experts suggest not combining milk with any type of fruit. Ayurveda suggests consuming milk and fruits separately. The only types of fruits that can be combined with milk would have sweet and buttery properties like mangoes, avocados, figs, dates et cetera.

Fruits rich in vitamin C should not be combined with milk, this can lead to gas and heartburn. Milk takes longer to digest and when you mix it with citrus fruit together, the milk coagulates. And lead to acid reflux, upset stomach, and allergies.

Most fruits can be mixed with milk, but citrus fruits like oranges and pineapples may curdle the milk. Other fruits like bananas, berries, and mangoes pair well with milk and can be used to make smoothies or fruit milkshakes.
