Acidic and citrusy item should not be teamed with milk until you really want milk to change cheese in the middle of the stomach. Fruits rich in vitamin C shouldn't be teamed with milk. Eating banana with milk also leads to health problems.

Below are the foods you should not have with milk :

  • Bananas
  • Cheries
  • Any sour fruit (orange, lemon, lime and etc )
  • Egg, meat and fish
  • Yogurt
  • Beans
  • Radish

One should never eat curd with milk as it causes milk to freeze and become curd (yogurt ) in stomach thus could lead to nausea and yukk feeling, so avoid milk is to curd combo. Also, green vegetables and citrus fruits should also be avoided with milk.

So here i was trying to think of food which should not be eaten with milk and i realise there arent really any.... If u are lactose then avoid it but ive read the answer below and i have eaten these things with milk or combined them with milk. I would say avoid the acidic foods but then again i remembered lemon meringue pie, strawberry and cherry cheese cake, homemade banana milk shake homemade peanut punch. Even in the morning we hav our cereal and we add apples and bananas and all sorts of fruits to our breakfast cereal. So i think it all depends on what your stomach can manage as long as u dont poison your self..... Ive also eaten curried chicken and white rice an drank a glass of milk with it so..... Im just a milk lover. Even tumeric an warm milk is good for u. Let me know what u guys think though.

Most of the elders in my country believed that it is not good to combine milk with sour fruits like green mangoes. It will definitely result to stomach upset.

It is definitely a bad idea to eat salted cucumbers with milk. I will be a disaster  for a digestive system. It is not a good idea to eat all kind of vegetables with milk.

It is said that citrus food will not go with milk. The fruits like orange, pineapple, kiwi will not. Sone fruits like apple,mango etc goes will milk.
