Yes. We do lose calories when sneezing. When you sneeze, your lungs produce lot of energy. This exhalation speed of air can be as high as 100 mph. When you sneeze repeatedly your lungs keep producing this tremendous force thereby resulting in loss of calories.

It sounds crazy, but it does lose calories when sneezing. The sneezing reflex can make a human's lungs expand and they need energy in doing it. Of course, it will burn calories if a person keeps on sneezing.

The answer is yes it does, but of course not many. It is not as you can spend allergy season in a field in order to sneeze yourself silly, hoping that you are going to end up slimmed down by the time winter comes round again. In reality you maybe burn a couple of calories each time you sneeze, hardly a huge amount and this could be slightly more for a larger person, and slightly less for a smaller one.

A lot of individuals feel extremely hungry after they have sneezed for longer duration. This happens because of continuous expenditure of energy.

Sneezing may cause you to burn a small number of calories, but the exact amount is difficult to quantify. Sneezing is a reflex action that is triggered by irritation in the nose or throat. It involves a sudden and forceful expulsion of air from the lungs, which can cause a temporary increase in heart rate and metabolism. However, the number of calories burned during a sneeze is likely to be very small and would not be significant in terms of weight loss. To lose weight and burn calories, it is important to engage in regular physical activity and maintain a healthy diet

It is difficult to predict how much caloric intake will be needed to maintain an adequate sneeze threshold. Generally speaking, you will lose weight as you eat less and as your sneezes increase.
