There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on a number of factors, including the truth or truthfulness of the source. Some people believe that Elon Musk successfully launched his Space X spacecraft and car on a moon-dive reduced to a single successful launch. Others believe that someone went to the moon using a Space X car. There is no definitive answer, as the sources for either claim are different.

It is really hard to say, after all creating "stories" and faking pictures and things can be quite easy. I was not there so I cannot tell for certain, but...Many people have doubts regarding this. It is weird that it has never happened again, no one stepped on it ever again, at least I have not heard of it. How could it happen when technology was still not the one we have today? I dont know, I can't tell.

NASA's Apollo 11 mission successfully sent a man to the moon in 1969. Neil Armstrong & Edwin Aldrin became the first humans to walk on the lunar surface. NASA conducted 6 manned mission to Moon between 1969 & 1972, all of hich were successful.

As for Space X, it has had a number of successful launches & missions, but like any other space mission, it also faces some failure.

It's important to note that space travel & exploration is a challenging & risky endeavor, and failure are a noraml part of the process of innovation & learning.

Elon Musk's and NASA's moon-lander failure is complex and multi-layered. Some people argue that Elon Musk sent a man to the moon without a backup or that NASA's moon-lander experiment was not successful. Others argue that the moon-lander failure was successful only because it were the only failure in a series of botched moon-landers. Ultimately, it is difficult to make a definitive answer to this question as the failed moon-lander is a complex and multi-layered story.
