Well, when you are trying to make your hair strong from the roots, start behaving better with them. Stop using heat, chemical filled colors and hair styling products regularly.

Also brush your hairs gently and never opt for a hairstyle that tugs or pull the hair from the roots. Try to keep the roots of your hairs dry and clean always and maintain the best hair hygiene.

The best way to prevent hair loss is a good treatment. The hair treatment is not always in the expensive salont, we can do that thing in the house. For the example you can apply aloe vera to your hairs.

Make sure to consume the vitamin C and E as much possible. And make sure to be positive. That is what makes the health good. In such case one has to think about the less about hair loss and more about what you have is good enough. THis approach helps out with the hair growth and also helps with the diet too.

Some hair experts claimed that we do not need to keep on using strong hair shampoo and conditioner. Since these products are not purely natural. Most of the elders in my country use the plant aloe vera. They tend to extract its juice and apply directly to their hair. It can make the hair strong and shiny.

Apply curry leave oil to your hair. Also coconut oil, amaranth leaves, gotu kola, Indian gooseberry, honey, ginger. It can be orally eaten or applied onto your scalf to get strong hair.

This homemade Hair treatment works perfectly for me. You can give a Try:)

Olive oil extra virgin+ Peppermint Oil+ Onion+ garlic clove (not garlic powder)

Mix all together by using a blender, pass through a sieve to extract the oil. Put the oil on a bottle and once a week apply  that oil treatment on your scalp directly , let the air for 15 Minutes or more under a cap, then wash your air. 

You will see your Hair will be strong and that treatment prevents also hair lost.

In order for you to have strong hair you have to have healthy lifestyle. The strength of your hair is a reflection of how you take care of your body.

1. You are to ensure that you get adequate rest 6 to 8 hour per day.

2. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day.

3. Take your vitamins each day which contain biotin.

4. Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day.
