* Take a break from social media so you can relieve instant stress faster than getting rid of the culprit immediately.

* Star a new hobby with your loved one even if it is ftfr a far due to social distancing.

* Set a new schedule and add some fun elements to it as well.

* Self-care is a great way for people to reduce stress . That's why it's important to encourage yourself, your partner, or child to find a method of self-care that works and do that.

* Home exercise is also one of the powerful way to reduce covid-19 anxiety.

In order to prevent spread out of Covid-19, I always wear a masker when go outside . I prepare in front of  my house tank of handsanitizer, so everyone who will entering my house they must wash their hand and use hand sanitizer as well.

I'm from the UK and we have the highest number of deaths in Europe at more than 44,000. Although the infection rate is slowly going down I am still very careful about handwashing and I always wear a mask in a public place although it is only mandatory to wear them on public transport here. I always carry hand sanitiser too in case I cannot wash my hands while out and about.

In my opinion, the best way to cope up with this pandemic is to follow the health protocols advised by the local government. Some people cannot understand the bad impact of now following them. It is not only them who will be affected but other innocent people, too.

In my home town people took covid-19 not so seriously, because the effect of 1st wave was minimun overhere, due to this people didn't understand how danger it is. But the 2nd wave hit us very bad and the condition got out of control.

Continue doing what we have been doing to stay healthy, well, virus-free and mentally strong and rational.

1. Vitamin C powder, daily from iherb.

3. Sun, lots of sun!

4. exercises

5. Drink lots and lots of water

6. avoid stress and replace it with joyful thoughts such as gratefulness

7. if unwell, stay home and quarantine ourselves

Just trying to get by managing every day one hour at a time. And making sure I am invested properly for the future. I hope these days go away but investing into the right way for these days. 

I have managed to take health as a priority and also making my own food. So learning slowly and doing pretty great with it as well. It takes time but it can be doable if you ask me.

To cope with the COVID pandemic, you need to eat well, when stepping outside wear face mask, and wash your hands regularly, keep the social distancing, stock up your home with enough food to take you through the period of lock down.

I think people are doing more than just coping now. Everyone understands that the virus is probably going to be around much longer.

Personally, I've just learned to carry on with my life and only bending certain routines because I have to protect myself by taking precautions.

If you are alone at home or as working professional you have to manage your quarantine period because you will get frustrated while living alone at home. in meantime you can read book, take some good sleep, watch web series, reduce your weight and can develop some hobby.

Make sure you do all safety protocols, so you're feel in good condition.

Think positive that this pandemic will end or can be prevented to spread as there're vaccine available and think that human can successfully fought and win on previous pandemics.

It came with no warning and had everything disrupted. I lost my Joba and to stay at home. I took it positively because it wasn't me alone. 

I had to follow all the measures till now since my safety is safety for all. 

I do not obmverthknk afetall its here with us and we have to deal with it no matter what.
