I always wanted to drive but didn't learn until much later in life. When I passed my test I was over the moon but now I find that I really dislike it and only do it if I have to. Did you ever find that something you thought you would enjoy did not turn out the way you thought it would?

This is a good example of starting something you thought would be fun but has resulted in you suffering pain and now disliking it.

I will join you with this sentiment of yours. I had learned to drive and obtained a non-professional driving license. The downside I stop doing it because I feel don't like it now. I got traumatized and a car accident in the past. Since then, I lost interest in driving a car.

I'm keeping my licence for ID but I rarely drive now. The roads are so busy these days it just puts me off even though I've never had an accident. If did have an accident that would be the end for me and I would never drive again.

Same for me, after meet with an accident I was having a fear to drive the car. On the time of accident I had learned so many lessons, that didn't trust anyone in this world including our mother or sisters. During our good time there will be so many people to take care or look after either for their benefits but on worse time, all will be against us.

Indeed. At some point, I told myself that I am not into driving vehicles. I would rather ask someone to do it for me. The good things is that my younger brother can be a helpful with this matter.

I never had such experience, my believe is that even in the oddest of things, there is a lesson for us to learn. It could be good or bad, but there's is something to take out. So accept all that comes my way and make effort to correct to correct the wrong.

Yes, I just have one thing that I love doing before and up to now and it's baking. I have learned to bake and be an expert from that. And now, I still love it and I can't stop doing it. It's really a passion for me. Why I hate learning that thing is that I can't resist doing it again and again and then get tired because I do all the chores after :'(

When I began a youtube channel, I had a feeling that it's something promising and would easy to gain followers and views and then monetized. Actually, in the first 5 months I really enjoyed it, finding ideas, make the videos, comment on other channels and replying comment on my videos. But after seeing that my views for each videos wasn't satisfying, I began to feel upset. After some calculation, I need about 2 year to reach 4000 watch times! It's too long as I need money as soon as possible. And as new creators, we usually doing watch for watch. I feel like a views beggar and it's really tiring. If I don't watch others I don't get views. And in a mid of 2020, it seems youtube change their algorithm again which make my videos getting less recommended. Now, I hate youtubing, I feel like we're the new creator aren't their priority to get support.

I had the same experience that , i like to drive and I had learned driving for my mother. But now it is a burden for me because it make me in trouble. Knowing that an accident will occur she sends me for a drive. She said everyone after that i went has I wish, she hide the truth that she never forced me for the same.

I could totally relate! I also learned how to drive late in life. I actually went to driving school twice and passed, but I really am not motivated to drive at all.

I did not find work that I enjoyed. I loved to work on my projects but now I only do it to find opportunities for exercise and money. Did you find that something you wanted did not turn out the way you thought it would?

I suggested having a yard sale instead of throwing them. But then, my family members rejected my proposal. As they claimed that people will not be going to buy then since my city is in lockdown and most of the neighbors are keeping safe at home.

My responses are generated based on patterns and information present in the training data I've been exposed to. While I don't have personal feelings, it's possible for users to have experiences where they initially enjoyed learning a skill but later discovered it wasn't to their liking. Individual preferences and interests can change over time.
