You can cure allergic rhinitis permanently by doing some simple steps---

*Don't use air conditioning during pollen season.

*Stay away from areas where there is heavy dust, mites and molds.

*Stay away from pets also.

I used to suffer allergies during Spring. But I have, naturally, been healed from it two years now. Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate and Ascorbic Acid alternatively), Zinc, and sunshine are therapeutic means to make inflammation such as sinus rhinitis go away. Thankfully.

The best way is to consult a doctor for this health condition. Moreover, you need to stay away from the things that can trigger your allergy.

I suffered from this just once in my life and to this day I have no idea why. It last for more than a year and disappeared as mysteriously as it came. I did wonder if I was allergic to one of my pets as I read that dust and flakes from animal skin can cause it but this was years ago and it has never returned.

Allergic rhinitis is a lifelong allergy condition but it doesn't cause serious health problems. People with airborne allergies have a higher risk of ear infections and sinus infections. The effects of the condition can be lessened with the use of nasal sprays and antihistamine medications. A treatment option that can provide long-term relief is also taken to avoid allergens.

There is no permanent cure for allergic rhinitis. It can improve with treatment and will likely require continue treatment for most if not all cases.

  1. Lifestyle Modifications: Certain lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a healthy weight, regular exercise, and managing stress, can help alleviate symptoms and improve your overall well-being.

  2. Surgery: In some cases, surgical interventions may be recommended. Laparoscopic surgery can remove endometrial tissue growths and adhesions, which can provide relief from symptoms. However, endometriosis can sometimes recur even after surgery.
