You have to balance your diet with the exercise. And that is one way to get the fat off your belly. This may not be easy but you can do it more with the exercise. If there is no exercise then weight wil continue to increasse. So you have to focus on the exercise. You can also do yoga and the breathing exercise for this.

We can reduce belly fat by not eating rice.  Drink tea like greentea or oonglong tea. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water and do some exercise.

Fat is A very big problem in the world.

Reducing of fat is very dificult and it is reduse slowly slowly.

Some tips of reduse fat when I have do it.

Early morning wake up and you take one glass a warm water and 1lemmon juice and 1 teaspun honey and shake it and drink 

Or

Take 1 glass water and 1 tea spun cumin seeds and bowl it 5 minuts and drink it like tea you also it cumin seeds it is very support to reduce fat

Or I cup green tea morning and night bed time 

Before exercise little bit bics baourab and coconut oil and rubbs at arrond of nabhi belly fat

Avoid 5 items 1white sugar ,2 fatty oil ,3 white rice ,4 meal floor (maida) items ,5 white salt

1 hour exercise morning and evening

And evening food is low calory

In order to reduce fat you have to reduce your daily eating up to 20 % also avoid fast food and try to drink more water. also reduce starch food in daily life. also reduce carbohydrates  consumption.

then you can start running, and some outdoor activity this will always help you to reduce your belly fats. you can do cardio at home or cycling is best option.

The best option to achieve this process is by exercising more to burn off excess weight, replacing foods rich in fats and cholesterol with fruits and vegetable. Eating less number of times , drinking more water and fluids in place of foods.

Simply cut off the Sweet foods that are the most likely cause of belly fat just cut them off and slow down and concentrate more on your cardio and by doing this you will loose belly fat fast.
