Having a strong immune system can be key to a healthy life. To get a strong immune system, there are several important things you can do. Eating a nutritious, balanced diet is one of the most important ways to support your immune system. Make sure to get plenty of fruits and vegetables as well as protein, healthy fats, and whole grains. Exercise is also important for maintaining a healthy immune system, as it helps to keep the body strong and helps circulation which increases your body's ability to ward off disease. Additionally, make sure to get enough sleep, manage stress levels, and practice good hygiene to protect yourself against germs. Finally, it can be beneficial to add in an immune-boosting supplement, like Vitamin C or Vitamin D, to further support your body. Following these steps can help to strengthen your immune system and protect your health.

  •  Avoid sugar-rich drinks and food
  •  Laughter is marvellous medicine
  •  Lots of hugs and acts of kindness
  •  Respond to stresses as challenges and there's always a solution to get out of each one.

In order to boost immune system regularly,here are some tips.

1.) Sleep early between 8pm-5am, you should have atleast 8 hours of sleep a day

2.) Regular exercise, atleast 30 minutes each day

3.) Always include fruits and vegetables in your meal 

4.) Meditate

5.) Always pray the moment you open your day.

If we maintain being fit as a fiddle and eat food rich in vitamin C. We need to modify our lifestyle now because of this pandemic. In addition, you can also do regular exercise.

Some people are just born with a good immune system. My mother said I was always very healthy as a child with very few illnesses and when I did I could shake them off more quickly than my sister who would be ill for much longer.

Leading a healthy life style should definitely help, eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise would be the first two things I would mention. Some take vitamin pills to boost their immune system. Omega3 is supposed to be one of the best vitamins for a healthy heart and a good for the immune system. Also make sure you get enough sleep. This can vary for everyone as some need more than others. I only need around 5-6 hours but some people need more.

1. Make sure to get up early. 

2. Sleep on time and avoid late night work. 

3. Consume vitamins. 

4. Exercise twice a day. 

5. Get some sun exposure. 

6. Make sure to chant mantra and do meditation. 

7. Be around with the positive people. 

8. Write daily. Make sure to get things off your heart.
