Why are those 7 seater SUVs don't have side doors for the third row seats? Why car companies are not making such a design for SUVs so that there is a 6+1 door layout? Is there any SUV with six side doors?

The seven seater SUVs don't have doors for the third row seats because it is generally designed for temporary use like taking children to school or pick them up. It is also a matter of cost. The extra cost, weight and structural designs of adding more doors don't make sense if the seats are not often used. Each extra door makes the structure weak and costs more money.

Most SUVs don't have side doors for the third row seats because it reduces the overall size of the vehicle. SUVs are designed to be larger and more spacious than other vehicles, and having side doors for the third row would reduce the amount of interior space available. Additionally, having side doors for the third row would add weight to the vehicle, increasing its fuel consumption.

There are a few SUVs that have six side doors, but they are not very common. The Mercedes-Benz GLS and the Toyota Land Cruiser both offer six side doors, but they are quite expensive. Additionally, they are not as spacious as the traditional seven-seater SUVs.

The 7 seater SUVs don't have side doors for the third row seats in the back. SUVs that are only available in the 3+1 door layout are not SUVs that have three side doors.

SUVs don't have side doors for the third row seats in the back due to design and safety reasons, as it may compromise the structural integrity of the vehicle and make it less safe in the event of a crash.

Third row seating has been around almost as long as automobiles. Rarely is a car equipped with a set of doors for each row of seats. The reason is because the third row is usually designed for occasional and short-term use, for example to take kids to school or pick up unexpected friends to go somewhere local.

The design of 7-seater SUVs typically features two side doors for the first and second rows, with access to the third row through a rear door or tailgate. The decision to have a single door for the third row is often based on structural considerations, cost efficiency, and space utilization.

Having individual side doors for each row could complicate the vehicle's structure, impact safety standards, and increase manufacturing costs. Additionally, it might reduce the available interior space for passengers or cargo.

While the standard design is prevalent, automotive manufacturers are always exploring new concepts and designs. Specific models and features can vary, so it's advisable to check with manufacturers for the latest offerings if you're looking for a particular door configuration. As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, I'm not aware of any mainstream 7-seater SUV with a 6+1 door layout. Always check with the latest information from manufacturers for the most up-to-date details on vehicle designs.

SUVs typically do not have side doors for the third-row seats in the back for several reasons:

1. **Space Constraints**: Adding side doors for the third-row seats would require additional space along the sides of the vehicle, which may not be feasible due to design constraints and the need to maximize interior passenger and cargo space.

2. **Structural Integrity**: Incorporating side doors for the third-row seats would require modifications to the vehicle's structural design, potentially compromising its safety and crashworthiness.

3. **Cost Considerations**: Adding side doors for the third-row seats would increase production costs for SUV manufacturers, which could result in higher retail prices for consumers.

4. **Limited Demand**: There may be limited demand for side doors for the third-row seats in SUVs, as most passengers typically access the third row through foldable seats or by entering through the rear hatch.

5. **Alternative Solutions**: SUV manufacturers often provide alternative solutions for accessing the third-row seats, such as sliding second-row seats or foldable third-row seats, which offer convenience and ease of access without the need for additional side doors.

While some SUVs may offer side doors for the third-row seats as optional features or in specific trim levels, it's not a common design feature due to the factors mentioned above.
