With school starting, parents wonder what they can do to help their children succeed. Almost everyone knows that reading books with young children is important, and it is. But even more important is that we talk with our children. A lot. The more talk children engage in with adults, the bigger their vocabularies will become. The bigger their vocabularies when they enter kindergarten, the better they do with reading comprehension tasks – even 11 years later.

Not all kinds of talk with children are equally beneficial. Reprimanding a child is not a good opportunity to learn language. Commanding children to buckle their seat belts or brush their teeth may be necessary, but is also not optimal for helping them to acquire language. Children may be upset if scolded or, at best, uninterested when commanded, both conditions that interfere with learning.

In this world, parents have their own ways to raise their children. It also varies from one country to another. How about giving rewards to them? Do you think it is a good way to teach their children? I think we need to make it in a balance way, right?

Giving is a way to motivate students and this has effect to push students to read more to achieve that price. Motivation is a good way of bringing the best out of students especially when the price is huge and big, it gives students that sense of standing out.

At some point, it is fine to give rewards to kids. What if they become spoiled brats? They will not do anything unless we give them rewards. Should we consider making it in moderation?

Yes, giving presents is a very good way to encourage students to learn because it gives lots of motivation to students which is very necessary to move forward in their future by doing hard work.

Parents always have a big role in children's lives. Whatever it takes, they will give the best for them. It is not easy but they need to do parenting effectively. It can be learned through experience and not by the book.

This is the most thing parents are doing that can ruin the life of their kids. If parents are giving presents to their kids, then kids will focus more on the reward not in the process. After graduating, kids that focus on reward will suffer on the up and down system of life because they are taught only to be rewarded.

Giving present can be really helpful to make children learn more. However, make sure you gift them useful products as parents that will also help for overall development of children. Gift them interesting books, puzzles, etc. Study can be fun if you do it the right way.

It should be balance to do this. If not, we are just spoiling the kids. Eventually, they will become monsters in the future that cannot be controlled.

I personally didn't encourage giving rewards. But things get changed on dealing with them that they will not do unless certain rewards are given. But didn't encourage it always.

Present is good to encourage children but not all the time and not to spoil them , you can encourage them to study by good words and help them to study and presents can be as a surprise from time to time when you find that they make an effort and get good marks.

Giving of presents to students is a good way of motivating students to study harder and achieve good grades for them to recieve their presents.

Yes, it is a great way to encourage students to learn. However, it should be done in a way that is such that it does not cause any problems for the school. For example, students might get presents if they do well in their classes, but they might not get presents if they do poorly.

Yes, Students look to teachers for approval and positive reinforcement, and are more likely to be enthusiastic about learning if they feel their work is recognized and valued. ...
