I am sure when you were a child, having recognition can bring a big smile to your biological parents. How about on a personal level? Do you want to be recognized as somebody and be a role model in public?

I have never cared about being popular or recognised in society. I'm a confident person but still happy to sit in the background. I had good jobs before I retired but never aspired to reach the very top. I was happy with a mediocre work life with less stress as long as I was paid enough.

Some people crave attention and that's fine. If we were all competing with each other it would be an even crazier world than it is now. I hope when my time is up people will say she was a good person and did her best.

I never competed with other people. It is not a healthy thing to do. I would rather compete with myself, which I used to do in my previous jobs. I basically stay away from those people who are busy comparing themselves to me. I am competitive but not for the others to feel insecure.

I do hate people who compete with others instead compete with yourself by cultivating to be a better person each day.

In this section, we will consider in more detail these and other social aspects of the self by exploring the many ways that the social situation influences our self-concept and esteem. The self is not created in isolation; we are not born with perceptions of ourselves as shy, interested in jazz, or charitable to others, for example. Rather, such beliefs are determined by our observations of and interactions with others. Are you rich or poor? Beautiful or ugly? Smart or not? Good or bad at playing video games? And how do you know? These questions can be answered only by looking at those around us

Self-realization is a big question now. It is given that people can perceive us based on what we portray in public. However, people can still know well of themselves, despite being criticized by others. Self-development is a part that we can do for having some flaws in our lives, either physically or emotionally.

I am not bothered about society recognition, I am more concerned about doing the right thing. When you do the right thing, you will get recognized some day naturally without being forced.

It is given that you will be recognized because of your good deeds in society. There is no doubt that people will see it and be inspired by such good persona in public.

Doing good things is good and will enable you to be recognized in public but let it be your culture and you will be blessed.

Yes being a person who can be emulated will put a smile on my face. Being a role model and a person whom people look upto. This is because through it, the society can change and follow my good steps for their own good.

Me personally I don't want to be recognized or noticed by public. I just want to help people without asking for return. I prefer to do private things than showcasing other stuffs just to be popular

I can comprehend why you do not want to be recognized. I respect your opinion about it. It is best to live in our own world.

I do think not all people will be recognized in society. In general, most politicians are so hungry to be known in public.

When I was young, it is my dream to be well-known in the society. Through the years of existence, it changed my mind because I want not to be exposed in public.

I am sure I will be recognized in society. I will be seen as a asset to my team and as a person. I will be respected by my friends and family. I will be known as an asset to my company. I will be known as an asset to myself and others will recognize me for who I am, not just what I have.

I do not see myself being recognized in society, but I do believe that when you are recognized, it will bring a smile to your biological parents. It can be a big smile for you, or it could be a smaller smile, but I believe it will be a smile
