A healthy diet can keep your blood pressure stable. Here are 4 tips for help:

1. Increase the intake of nutrients from whole grains and nuts.

2. Increase the consumption of fruit, vegetables and low fat dairy products.

3. Reduce salt, sweet food and drinks.

High blood pressure and low blood pressure mainly depends on the salt foods we take.

• when we take high salt content foods it results in high blood pressure.

• when we take low salt foods it leads to low blood pressure.

Consumption of salt play very important Role.

• it is suggested to take buttermilk adding salt for low blood pressure.

Exercising regularly - this makes the heart stronger and efficient for pumping blood thus reducing blood pressure.

Reducing salt intake - high salt intake causes high blood pressure. Its advisable if you're having a high blood pressure to reduce the intake and if it doesn't work then stop using salt.

Eat food rich in potassium like fruits and vegetables, milk and yoghurt, fish among other foods.

Avoid stress at all costs since its prompts hypertension. Listening to cool music and doing less work can help this.

Finally avoid alcohol because it increases the pressure.

High blood pressure can be inherited from your family. If you want to avoid this or if you have high blood pressure then you'll need to do this:

  1. Buy a handheld high blood pressure monitor.
  2. Each morning when you wake up, take your blood pressure.
  3. Caffeine is very bad for high blood pressure. You will need to stop drinking caffeine or limit how much you actually drink.
  4. You will need to start getting more exercise. Take long walks in the mornings and in the evenings.
  5. Try to avoid or limit the amount of stress in your life.
  6. Change your diet for sure. You'll need to eat more fruits and veggies.
  7. You'll need to increase your water intake.
  8. Cut down on alcohol.
  9. Losing weight will really help.
