  3. Caffeine is very bad for high blood pressure. You will need to stop drinking caffeine or limit how much you actually drink. 
  4. You will need to start getting more exercise. Take long walks in the mornings and in the evenings.
  5. Try to avoid or limit the amount of stress in your life.
  6. Change your diet for sure. You'll need to eat more fruits and veggies.
  7. You'll need to increase your water intake.
