I am a student in Singapore and I love this place just because of these beautiful gardens here. I am from Maldives and I would like to have a gardening job here. Where can I learn gardening? Is there such a gardening course? Can I get a degree certificate for it?

I'd recommend you to learn from online sources. The reason being a lot of online sources are much better compared to the local classes. I'd recommend also getting in touch with the local gardener. And that should be good enough for you to get started with the learning in nearby community.
