• all the dairy products all very healthy for digestion.

• it is suggested to take lassi when we facing Stomach problem like acidity.

•products like curd and lassi is very good as it contains lactic acid.

• it suggested to take Lassi with adding more sugar.


• when we take lassi  it makes our body cool reduce the heat produced when we take heat reducing foods like chicken.

All spicy food should be avoided.
