There is no definitive answer to this question as each person is likely taking a different type of medicine with different details. However, a variety of factors may be involved in causing piles with bleeding, including an evaluation by a healthcare professional. Some potential causes could include a build-up of blood throughout the pile, as well as bacteria or virus pollutioning the pile from previous impacts.

Piles (hemorrhoids) are often caused through straining from being constipated and can be very painful.

There are some easy methods to treat them at home. Witch Hazel can be very soothing and relieves itching and pain. It can be bought at any chemist shop and is very inexpensive. Warm baths may help and you can buy over the counter ointments;  wipes may be soothing too. Some people use cold compresses and find this helpful.

If you are in a lot of pain with bleeding and find it hard to have a bowel movement you should see your doctor to see if he can recommend something. I do hope you manage to get this sorted out as it is a very unpleasant condition.

The most commonly prescribed medicine for piles with bleeding is a topical cream containing a steroid, such as hydrocortisone, and a local anesthetic, such as lidocaine. Other medicines that may be prescribed include oral pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, and stool softeners to help with constipation. You may also be prescribed an antibiotic if there is an infection.

Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent. Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water for 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
