Last time we updated Google was the top earning website and Amazon was No 2 – this time they have swooped positions around. Amazon is that Juggernaut of a Money Earning Machine and they continue to innovate and grow.

I think amazon is popular among the ecommerce and also it is pretty much popular in the cloud server infrastructure. Amazon seems to be getting popular due to their approach on the developer demand and also the sales they have on every year basis. Google is only popular in ads and the search.

Google is the richest company in the world, and that is attributed to earnings from adverts which is runs almost in many parts of the world. Amazon does not operate in all countries, and revenue in Amazon are shared to people who have products to sell on the sites, and people working on their MTURK sites. So google pays more.

Google is the top earning website worldwide. This is because it's the commonest used search tool. Even for Amazon you will have to use Google to search for what you want.

Google and Amazon are two very different companies with different business models, so it's difficult to compare them directly in terms of earnings. However, both companies are extremely profitable and generate significant revenue. Google is primarily an advertising company that generates revenue through its advertising platforms, including Google Ads and AdSense. In 2020, Google's advertising revenue was $147 billion. Amazon is primarily an e-commerce company that generates revenue through its online marketplace, as well as its other businesses such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Amazon Prime. In 2020, Amazon's revenue was $386 billion. So, while Google's advertising revenue is significant, Amazon's overall revenue is much higher due to the size and scale of its e-commerce business. In terms of which company is the "top earning" between Google and Amazon, it really depends on how you define "top earning" and what metrics you are looking at.

Google and Amazon are both technology giants with different business models, so it's difficult to compare earnings. In 2020, Google parent company Alphabet reported $182.5 billion in revenue, while Amazon reported $386 billion.

Google's parent company, Alphabet Inc., has consistently reported higher revenue and profits compared to Amazon in recent years. Google generates its earnings primarily through advertising, with its search engine being a major revenue driver. Amazon, on the other hand, derives its revenue from various sources such as e-commerce sales, cloud computing services (Amazon Web Services), and digital content. However, it's important to note that the financial performance of both companies can change over time, and it is advisable to consult the latest financial reports and updates for the most accurate and up-to-date information on their respective earnings.
