I don't think there is a fast way to do this. There is no such thing as losing weight, gaining muscles, or a miracle for getting your body in shape. This is done over time so that you don't damage your body or hurt yourself.

Gaining muscle mass will take time:

  1. This normally takes dedication and working out 3 to 5 times a week. It is good to give your body one or two days a week to rest and allow the soreness in your muscles a chance to repair themselves.
  2. Gaining muscles in your body isn't all about lifting weights and gaining muscle mass.
  3. You'll need to work on and condition your entire body. Your arms, legs, stomach, back, butt, and butt. All areas of your body need to be targeted in order to get the results that you want.
  4. You can target certain areas of your body at a time and it is good to work on one muscular area at a time. 
  5. Depending on you and the exercise program you have chosen this could take 3 to 6 months to see the results. This will also depend on how much fat is stored in your body. 
  6. You'll need to reduce the fat in your body in order to build up muscle mass. This can only be achieved through exercise and diet. Having a healthy diet will speed up your results. But the truth, this won't happen in a few short weeks. You'll see the changes in your body and you see that your muscles are starting to build up.
