Recommended preventive measures include hand washing, covering one's mouth when coughing, maintaining distance from other people, wearing a face mask in public settings, and monitoring and self-isolation for people who suspect they are infected.

Authorities worldwide have responded by implementing travel restrictions, lockdowns, workplace hazard controls, and facility closures. Many places have also worked to increase testing capacity and trace contacts of infected persons.

To reduce your chances of being infected or unknowingly spreading the virus it is important that one pays attention to your daily habits as well as your habits regarding hygiene.

the Department of Health suggests the following guidelines to combat the spread of the virus as well as to keep you yourself and your family safe:

1) Hands must be washed regularly with soap and water or rubbed with an alcohol-based sanitizer

2) Touching your face or putting your hands in your mouth should be avoided.

3) A suggested distance of 1 meter should be held between you and another person at any given moment.

4) Work surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized regularly.

5) Your nose and mouth should be covered when sneezing or coughing.

6) Wear a mask when going to the shops or when you are in contact with other people.

7) Avoid social gatherings and unnecessary travel.

8) Avoid contact with other people when you feel ill, or experience any of the symptoms.

9) Self-isolation is key to prevent you from infecting other people.

Keep safe and be wise when going about your day.

At present, we need to follow the health protocols that were imposed on us, such as wearing face masks, religiously doing social distancing, eating healthy food, etc. As much as possible, we need to stay at home if it doesn't need to go out.

Avoid crowded places because there is high possibility of transmission in such places, use face shield and nose mask when stepping out, wash your hands regularly, wash your food properly and cook it well, build up your immune systems by eating well.

I been wearing real (3M brand) surgical masks at least one year before Pope Fauci and his Branch Covidian fanatics took control of America. Started wearing it to circumvent the flu. I went from getting flu 2 to 5 times a year to catching it once in the past 3+ years, and that was in the early days when bank security guards made me unmask....also zero common colds. A real surgical mask is the only precaution you need. If you are still scared of the big bad, get Ivermectin and Hydroxychlorquine for backup.

You must continue doing all the health protocols and guidelines until Covid-19 is permanently gone in our surroundings. The first thing you must do is to complete all vaccination required up to the present. Wear masks outside of your house, especially in crowded or closed areas, avoid going to crowded areas, practice social distancing, always wash or sanitize your hands even the handle of grocery carts or baskets, and wear gloves. Sanitize all that you wear outside of your house. Always pray for protection for any people that surrounds you.
