Breathing: The process of respiration, during which air is inhaled into the lungs through the mouth or nose due to muscle contraction and then exhaled due to muscle relaxation.

Breathing is to inhale oxygenated air and exhale the carbon dioxide. It is the main function of the respiratory system for us to live normally here on Earth. The reason why we need to live is that we still have a purpose to do here on our blue planet.

Breathing is a technique of taking outside air in human body. breathing is very important exercise we can not live our life without breathing. in breathing person take oxygen and exert carbon dioxide but plants do reverse  process. due to breathing only life on earth sustain.

Breathing is the process of inhalation(taking air in) and exhalation(sending air out).

Humans must breathe because in the process of breathing the exchange of gases takes place

lung cells (alveoli) takes the oxygen from air and expelles carbondioxide as the mixture of gases

if this process is not done then our body (mitochondria) cannot break glucose and convert into energy(ATP) so our body parts will not get energy and

it leads to death of person.so breathing is important. image

This is the equation of process of generation of energy.here oxygen is needed.
