Try ground Red pepper flakes,  you know like what they serve with pizza or just buy Red peppers seed and grid yourself with morter and pestle,  you could also try Cajun seasonings there always spicy,  I really love Pepperchinis and the seeds from those once dried can also be used like black pepper, but personally I feel the Red peppers seeds/flakes would be your best bet!

You can use green chilli paste to spice up your recipe or just you can add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste for the same taste .when you are trying non vegetarian recipes it's best to use spices as much as you can .Then non vegetarian foods smell will be balanced. You use other spices which available in your country.I prefer to use all Indian spices to spice up the dish.

There is no other option to cook pork without black pepper, as black pepper has a unique flavor that is not replicated by other spices. You may want to try using cumin or smoked paprika to create a more definitive flavor difference.
