Personally, I tried my best to solve my troubles in life. It is not an option to run away from them. If I do this, then all these troubles will be piled up.

If you are in trouble, and you have many problems. Write down things on a notebook. Keep writing all the negativity, all the good, and how you think, and organize your thoughts in writing.

Then create goals to present them to help you further on, so it does not happen again.

Indeed, you said it right. We can spend time writing down the problems and then, find possible solutions for each of them. It may not be solved right away, but we can do this one step at a time.

Few things you can do. 



  • Find a place where you can be safe. 
  • Find a person or contact who can help you. 
  • Find out what your threats. 
  • Find out what are some of the safe side of the problem. 


If you think in this direction, you wil  have the attack strategy for the problem solving.

You had shared good ways to attach personal problems. There is nothing wrong to ask for help. I usually ask my family members' opinions and build a good solution to a particular problem. I only do this if I really cannot solve it. Being in a particular place is a good option to think.

If you're in trouble, analyse the situation thoroughly and do whatever it takes to help you out of it. If possible, ask for help. If it's something really difficult and it seems there is no way out, think of God(if you believe in Him). He always helps us.

I am sure God is always there for me. It is best to keep in my heart always and forever. It was being tested for a couple of times and still, I always ask for His guidance.

If you are in trouble, then you have two ways to either run or take part. Because it is strong to fight against something and also motivates you to move forward in life.

If you learn to fight the troubles then you will always be victorious

In my view there are somethings to do in this situation like--

* Keep your mind totally calm.

* Talk to those peoples who can help you in your trouble.

* Talk to yourself about that trouble and try to find the solution of that trouble,etc.

It is a good practice to deal with our own troubles in life. But then, we do not need to close our door to ask for help. It will not make us less for doing it.

When you are in trouble you need a higher energy, you can call for help through prayers and helpers will be directed to you. The best way to stay away from trouble is to avoid it, or better learn from your past troubles. The genuineness of your heart matters when requesting for help.

I agree that we can breathe and shout if possible to ease the tension from within. Moreover, it is better to accept things up and plan what to do next.

I used to listen to music, do from gardening, watering plants etc. There are some situation that will cope up with.

If I'm in trouble then first I reach a alone place where no one to distrib me then I will try to understand what's the solution of this difficulties.

If I got then I can solve otherwise I got help with that very people who is the best for me

That's a good idea. We can have 'me time' and reflect on things that made us in trouble. Then, we can able to know what's the best course of action.

When I'm in trouble, having many problems that I don't know how to solve, I will pray and ask for guidance and wisdom. Seek help from my family and loved ones. Facing problems alone cannot help you to solve them easily. We need help from someone.

If you are in trouble first thank you god for everything you have. Start thinking positive that this trouble is temporary and it will not stay with you for a long period.  Tell your self you are come here for some purpose. Stay happy and enjoy your life when you are in trouble. Tell yourself you can stay healthy only when you live a healthy life and be happy. Tel yourself your body is like a temple you need to take care of it and trust on it and everything will be alright soon no matter what is your current situation. Play some music, dance and eat your favorite food and take a break from your work for few days and spend time with yourself and know yourself better. Remember one thing in mind that every problem has a solution and solution to the problem lies in problem itself. Even if you do not find a solution do not worry just stay calm and solution will come up with a time. When right time will come you will get a solution till then you just have to stay clam, happy and be patient. Write down all your worries and problems on a paper and imagine how you feel when you have a solution. Once you get that feelings, write down again that every thing is good. Everything in my life is perfect. Trust me you will feel good.

Never run away with your problems  in life. It is  best to  face  it with courage regardless of whatever  it  is. Running  away from  it  is not the best answer since it would  just add more  troubles. Facing  it with all your heart and  always ensure that you should think one to two steps ahead in terms of thinking a solution. This way, you will still  get your problems to be solved in cases the first  solution that you have  think doesn't  work, at least  you still have back up plans.

When you are in trouble remember that there's no permanent situation in this world.  Everything comes and passes. And no trouble is too big for us . Remain calm and think and talk it to trustworthy individuals and devise plans of how to get out of that situation.

We can't run away from everythig,sometimes we have to face our own troubles,we have to think wisley and know how to deal with each trouble,we have to believe that god is always beside us and pray for him to help us solve them.

First of all I'll pray. No trouble is better than God's answer. He may use that trouble for me to stay related to Him. After I pray is I'll find the solution myself while waiting for God's answer to me.

I think that a person needs to think about the problem. Use common sense. Is this serious? If so, reach out to others. Talk to close friends about the issue. Talk to your clergyman if you are religious. Getting other people's input helps you see how really important it is. Break it down into clear steps. How do you need to proceed? Is there anything I can do? Do I need to do anything? Can I see a real answer? Do I need to make a change in how I approach this? What is the impact if I do step forward and do something? What is the impact if I don't? Etc.
