You need to specifically mention what type of the claiming policy. I assume you made a lot of returns for which amazon has checked your account. And they have also seen your approach towards the returns and the purchase stuff. And they blocked you in order to protect their sellers.

If your Amazon  buyer account was blocked then you go to the amazon website and then  go to the "contact us" section and then send A Email to Amazon and tell him that you are loyal.

You can unblock your amazon buyer account by doing some simple steps---

* Click on the customer help support option on amazon site.

* Then, tell your problem to them on their email.

There are only 2 ways your account can be unlocked:

If you speak to an account specialist directly on the phone (if you're in the US, a specialist will normally call you, but if it's an international account it's highly unlikely)

If you speak with a supervisor and manage to confirm all the details they request.
