A close investigation of the Bible shows that it does not allow for the ... The first created humans were Adam and Eve. ... Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth (Genesis 1:28 ).

when Cain left Eden to the Land of Nod, he found other peoples living there, apart from the inhabitants of Eden, and he even married one out from among them

You are right and that is what I know since my childhood upto now I have never come across a verse denying the fact that Adam was the first human being to be created.

Bear in mind that God does not usually explain all there is to know about a subject in one place in ... Such achievements show the enormous difference in the earth before and after Adam.

The exact Verse is the one needed here, not an explanation; there is a Verse showing that Adam was not the first mortal on earth. That's the one in question

No, it doesn't mean that he wasn't the first mortal. He was the first created human and Eve followed by. It could be that their children beared the next generation.

If so, can you explain about the inhabitants of the Land of Nod, where Cain went to fetch himself a wife; a completely different group of people from the family of God in the Garden of Eden? This situation is exactly to be compared with Elijah of old when he was thinking he was the only one left, when there were 700 other people UNKNOWN of him still faithful to God. There were other people in the Land of Nod, beside of Adam & Eve

We are talking about first created human. God created Adam first. Other people, as I said could be the next generations who Cain met.

There is no indication AT ALL alluding that sequence has you try to lay it out trying to emphasize that it was a NEXT generation. Nothing absolutely shows it. When Cain moved to the Land of Nod, he ABSOLUTELY KNEW there were other people OUTSIDE the Garden of Eden. Listen to what he Cain said in Genesis 4:14, "...and it shall come to pass that EVERY ONE that findeth me shall slay me." HE KNEW VERY WELL THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT A PART OF THE GARDEN OF EDEN in the Land of Nod. The Bible is TOO CLEAR on this.

Genesis 1 Verse 27
God created a man in his own image and created male and female this was on the sixth day

Genesis 2 Verse 7

God formed a man of the dust of the ground - this was on the seventh day, the day was Adam is created.

This is one of my question about the bible that doesn't have an answer yet.

God created a male and female on th sixth day but Adam was created on the seventh day, so maybe Adam is not the first mortal/man that God created?

No, friend. The man God created in Genesis was Adam, a spirit-man in whom was both a male nature and female nature. Pay attention on terms: The Bible is very accurate: In Genesis 1 man is CREATED, but in Genesis he is MADE. In Genesis is where God, when Adam is still with male and female natures within, put him them in a body of flesh; then later pulled his 5th rib out and formed Eve,and put in the female nature. Now, we have Adam, masculine; and Eve, feminine, they way we have it today. So, we should not be confused. Genesis 1 is the creation of man, a spirit-man, because God is a spirit, and that's that the image of God He created Adam. His image is not a fleshly image. The fleshly image is of our parents, not the image of God. Many times, we read the Bible like a newspaper and we miss the meaning. Finally, the Bible does not say Adam was the first human on earth, but rather the first who sinned.

Since my childhood and growing up I have never come a verse that despises the fact that Adam was not the first man to be created by God. He was given the authority by God to fill the earth together with Eve.

I think it is being stated clear in Genesis that Adam is not the first race. If we have time, we can still check the Holy Bible about it.

There is no verse in the Bible that suggests Adam was not the first mortal on earth. The Bible portrays Adam as the first man and ancestor of all humanity.
