The first point of call in making your skin to shine is understanding the type of skin you have. You wouldn't want a situation whereby you want your skin to glow you start making use of regimen that is not suitable for it. Find out if your skin is the type that can shine, because it's not all the skin that can shine naturally.

It is of common knowledge that dried skin don't shine as much as oily skin. Where do yours fall? Oily or dried skin? Take plenty of food rich in fibres and votamin C. This is available in most fruits and green vegetables. Take water in plenty as it prevent dehydration of the skin which makes the skin looks rough. In case of skin rushes apply honey. Avoid to much make up and bleaching agents. Some skins are allergic to such foreign chemicals and may arise problems.

Do you want it to shine naturally. or really shine? If you want to make it shine naturally, you need to eat foods organic foods. In additional, you need to have a beauty regime that you will make it a habit. First, you need to exfoliate your skin. There are cleanser with beads and it is one of the effective way to exfoliate. Do not use cleanser with anti bacterial because it cleans your face but it will only make it more dry because it contains alcohol. Apply toner after cleansing or exfoliating. This will close the pores that are open and even cleans the pores. Use a moisturizer after. Moisturizer with SPF 15 is highly recommended. Toner can make the face dry so it is much better to use moisturizer after. Me, I use Aloe Vera Moisturizer from Nature's Republic and it does good to my face. When you do it as a habit, it will make you skin shine.

That's a very simple one. Get some polish, rags and brush the h*** out of the skin. I bet you'll get it shining like a shoe..Lol#

On a serious note, making a person's skin shine or tone more in it's original form isn't that difficult. There are several ways in which the process can be achieved. The most common method among all is the use of skin care creams along highly concentrated bath soaps.

It is recommended that you visit a dermatologist to know the exact type or formation of skin your body has in order to know which skin care products are most suitable for you.

If the above step is fulfilled, then you can carry on using any specified product as prescribed for utmost toning of the skin to shine out as wanted.

Remember that using products requires effort and any change in routine or product will affect the skin and body as a whole.
