Recently my father started burning stuff and he tore apart an older house. He burnt the wood and insulation from it and I was outside quite a bit during that. The fire department stopped him and I have a few questions about asbestos.

1. How likely is it that the house has asbestos

2. How likely is it for me to get a disease from a few hours of being outside.

3. How long will it take for said symptoms to take effect.

4. If I do have it in my lungs what can I do to undo it or will I have to get a transplant or something.

Thank you for any help BTW I'm 14.

The best way to do this is to consult a doctor. He or she will request for lab tests using diagnostic tools to confirm if you are having it in your system.
