To create a bootable DVD of Windows 10, you will need to follow these steps:

Insert a blank DVD into your computer's DVD writer.

Download the Windows 10 ISO file from the Microsoft website or from another reliable source.

Once the download is complete, right-click on the ISO file and select "Burn disc image" from the context menu.

In the "Windows Disc Image Burner" window that opens, select your DVD writer from the "Disc burner" drop-down list.

Ensure that the "Verify disc after burning" option is selected and then click on the "Burn" button.

The Windows 10 ISO file will be burned to the DVD, and the progress will be displayed on the screen.

Once the burning process is complete, you can eject the DVD and use it to install Windows 10 on a computer.

Note: If you don't have a DVD writer, you can also create a bootable USB drive using the Windows 10 ISO file and a USB drive
