Per answer you will receive 10 points,

10 points means 1 cents.

You can withdraw the money to your PayPal account once you accumulate 2 dollar at least in the portal.

It will be the same as others. The currency will still be sent in dollars. As it was mentioned in FAQ, you need to redeem it when reaching $2 as a newbie. Which is equivalent to 2000 points. After the first payment, you need to reach at least $5 (5000 points).

Maybe just like the other country. You will get paid US Dollar Currency. I think Paypal usually pays people in US Dollar Currency not only in this site, but also just like the others.
