You will need hormone treatment and not intermittent fasting. This is just another "trend" on the diet world. Doctors recommend people to have a little something to eat every 3 hours.

If you do that kind of fasting your body will think you will starve and will store fat inside, instead of burning it.

Some people just barely eat anything and then think that it is the fasting that is helping, while they barely eat anything to begin with...no wonder they would get thin if they do not eat!

Intermittent fasting does not have any direct effect on people suffering from hypothyroidism, in some people it is quite beneficial, but it is good to consult your doctor before giving intermittent fasting a try because it may trigger other disorders which may cause serious damage.

Intermittent fasting may help some people with hypothyroidism, but it is not recommended for everyone. People with hypothyroidism should consult with their doctor before beginning any type of fasting regimen, as it can worsen symptoms or even interfere with the effectiveness of medications.

Different people will have different opinions on whether or not intermittent fasting is good for those with hypothyroidism. Some may find that the routine of meeting regularly with a doctor or nurse to urge andanniefaqsis during the day is helpful, while others may prefer a more It-like behavior in order to fast during the day. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to decide what they believe is the best for themselves.

There is some evidence to suggest that intermittent fasting may have potential benefits for individuals with hypothyroidism. However, it is important to note that hypothyroidism is a complex medical condition, and the effects of intermittent fasting may vary depending on the individual and their specific health needs.

Intermittent fasting has a less negative impact on metabolism as it enables the body to access stored energy. Because intermittent fasting improves insulin resistance and reduces inflammation, it may be even more beneficial for people with hypothyroidism.
