An entrepreneur is someone who has what he/she believes is a good business idea and is prepared to take risks to put that idea into practice. Should the idea take off, the benefits will not just be to the entrepreneur. For one thing, the idea could be for a better way of doing something, or for a machine that helps people to be more productive or fulfilled in some way.

A new business - if it succeeds - will probably employ other people and therefore put money in their pockets. There will probably be a need to buy in components or raw materials to supply the new process, thus bringing business to other people.

I can sense that you are pointing to practicing social responsibility. I agree that a business should be feasible enough to provide goods or services to target customers. At the same time, providing jobs for the local people.

These are ideal things to happen within the company. It is their responsibility to give further pieces of training for them to be more equipped than before.

During this pandemic, some companies ignore the phrase 'social responsibility.' That is the reason why their employees were not satisfied working with them anymore.

The way that entrepreneurship promotes economic progress is deeply shaped by the individual business person and the community or family they are in. However, one common perspective is that entrepreneurs should work to promote economic growth by Frieing forgoingexport and selling their products back to the community. Additionally, entrepreneurs should focus on creating or acquiring new products and services, and not using their product or service to easy speculation or self-dealing.
