Scrum is the best agile methodology. From my experience and after the video, scrum is the best agile software methodology. It is used world wide because it can handle mainly two things like speed of the project and modification inbetween the project has required by the client. We were using scrum methodology in our office for the the projects. The sprint method of division of the the works and meeting are the highlights. It reduces the risk too.
