People in India seek for a good government job and i left one( resigned after doing it for 6 months) that was the post of branch post master in post office, A central job, just because i had a passion to study more .

Hoping for more good in future.

No regrets.

I am glad that you do not feel regret for resigning from your former job. I, myself had worked in one of the local government agencies in my city. The only difference is that I cannot work with an incompetent Project Manager. Like you, I do not feel regretful for quitting the job.

At some point, you are right on this matter. It seems that things are not always jiving with certain circumstances especially right now. We are still experiencing the pandemic. It will end only if there is a vaccine to combat this coronavirus.

Opportunity. I have not let pass by any opportunity that I got, to be frank. Either I have not got the opportunity or god has taken that opportunity away from me. :(

You are lucky not to experience this kind of concern. Whenever it happens, I am sure you can handle it with full of confidence. Due to this pandemic, I never had a second thought of declining the offer of working in another country. It is a matter of being safe in the meantime.

We always realize the importance of opportunity once it's gone and most of the time we have opportunity and really want to avail it but we are not ready or capable for it. But in life we came across countless opportunities and if we don't find any opportunities then we must create the opportunity.

I had so many opportunities that slipped away for not trying to do them. As you mentioned, there are times that I am not ready. It does happen in the real world.

I used to be a computer programmer and a computer system technician in a company but when pandemic strikes the company start decreasing jobs and used to lessen employee because of shortage of profit and capital. I was unable to continue the job because there were greater employees rather than me according to those people in other departments

I am sorry to hear this. I still work in my current company but they reduced my salary rate and other benefits. Despite feeling bad, I took it as a challenge and be grateful. Currently, I am trying to find part-time jobs online that can compensate the lost.

After my post graduation, I got an opportunity to work with an it company for getting experience.  But I didn't take it up. Now I regret because it can be added up an experience in my CV.

It happens for a reason as they said. It did not happen because God has other plans for you. I always think this way if things didn't in favor to me.

At present, I am still letting the opportunity fly because of this pandemic thing. In time, I would be able to work again offline and earn more than now.

When I moved from the Midweat over thirty years ago, I was headed for a conservative SoCal beach town. I let the guy I was traveling with talk me into coming to the Bay Area instead, which is argueably the leftist capitol of America.

The biggest opportunity I have had is the opportunity to change my life. I was always drawn to work in other countries, but I never could get past the first step. I would take an order or two from your cook, and you would get paid to cook. I think the biggest opportunity I have had is the opportunity to not take orders from you.
