Some people have allergies to seafood, especially shrimp and snails which are high in protein. I'm grateful that I don't have any allergies to seafood. How about you?

Luckily I don't have allergic to any seafoods. But peanut, fried egg and some spices make my stomach feeling so full and then sneezing for hours. I've ever seen friend who got allergy reaction to shrimp, her face was swollen and reddened.

Allergies can cause so much discomfort to a person and are usually triggered by factors within our surroundings such as  sea food.

Am lucky I do not have an allergy to sea food but I cannot take snails.

I am fortunate not to have food allergies. Some people in my family are allergic to shrimp and anchovies. It's helpful to always have antihistamines on stock.
