Yes mate, walking every morning is a part of daily exercise. But if you can add on some other workouts then why not? :)

In my opinion to loss weight people have to change their diet  and they also need to do exercise but in manageable don't do it to much or too less.

In my experience I usually do walking every morning when I go to work and then I eat more protein at lunch such as meat and also I always put banana as a dessert. After work I walk again on my way home as a part of my daily exercise. And most of all I never forget to drink water, if possible drink a glass of water every hour to satisfy cravings.
